Welcome to the Zafabit Instant House Help Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and services provided by ArrowLogicx Tech Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or booking services through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By signing up for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of India. If you are registering an account on behalf of a household or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on their behalf.

2. User Account Registration

To use most features of our service (such as booking matched domestic helpers), you must register and maintain an active account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • Promptly update details to keep your contact number, address coordinates, and billing info accurate.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breaches of security.

3. Service Matching and Bookings

Zafabit operates as a technology facilitator that matches customers with independent, vetted domestic cleaning and cooking professionals ("Service Partners").

  • Matching Model: Our platform matches your request with available partners in Kochi areas (like Vazhakkala, Kakkanad, etc.) in real-time.
  • Independence: Service Partners are independent contractors and are not direct employees of ArrowLogicx Tech Pvt Ltd. We assist with profile checks, references, and training reviews, but the final service delivery is an agreement directly between you and the matched partner.
  • Estimates: Match coordinates and ETAs are estimates based on helper partner availability, traffic conditions, and time of day, and are not legally binding guarantees.

4. Payments and Pricing

All service prices, booking fees, and hourly rates are displayed inside the mobile application before you request matching. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account in accordance with these rates.

  • Payments are processed securely via external integrations and must be paid in full upon booking or completion, depending on the service model selected.
  • You agree to pay applicable government GST and transaction convenience fees where specified.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: You can cancel a booking without penalty up to a specified duration prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made inside the late-cancellation window may incur a standard dispatch fee to compensate the Service Partner for their time and travel.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are audited on a case-by-case basis by our Kochi support team. If a Service Partner fails to show up or if the service falls significantly below platform standards, a credit or refund will be applied to your account.

6. Platform Safety & Background Audits

We take trust and safety seriously. We run multi-tiered background checks including mandatory police verification documents, government ID validation, and household skill training tests. However, we encourage customers to take normal, reasonable safety measures. You are responsible for locking away valuable belongings, cash, and sensitive documents during service execution. ArrowLogicx Tech and Zafabit shall not be liable for the loss of unregistered valuable properties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, ArrowLogicx Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, app, or services delivered by Service Partners.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform design, layout, content, and logos are the property of ArrowLogicx Tech Pvt Ltd and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for individual, household booking purposes only.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings related to the platform must be initiated within courts of competent jurisdiction located in Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala, India.
